Plants are shipped in a vigorous, healthy condition. Unless you accept substitutions, your plants are guaranteed to be true to name. We will exchange plants that are other than represented. We will consider claims for shortages or viability received within TEN BUSINESS DAYS OF YOUR RECEIPT OF PLANTS. We will not be liable for amounts greater than what we have received from you for the order in question.
